Medium vs Soft sugar wax: what’s the difference? ⌄
For beginners and DIY, choose MEDIUM regardless of waxing area. It will work for the bikini area, back, legs, and other zones. Professionals who are comfortable working with softer wax can choose SOFT sugar wax. It works better on larger areas and can also be used as an add-on for Medium Sugar Wax to control the desired density of the paste.
Can I blend Soft and Medium wax together? ⌄
Yes, absolutely. All types of Bare Care sugar wax blend well together. But if you are a beginner, then Medium Sugar Wax on its own is all you need.
What tools do I need for sugar waxing? ⌄
The bare minimum is just nitrile gloves. You may also need a spatula to extract the desired amount of paste from the jar. If you are completely new to the process, it also helps to learn how sugar waxing works.
Can I use latex gloves for sugaring? ⌄
No, latex gloves are not suitable for sugaring. Nitrile gloves are the only way to go. You also need to ensure that the gloves are the right size. For comfortable work and better control of the process, you need nitrile gloves that fit tightly. Choose gloves that are one size smaller than your regular gloves, or start with size ‘S’.
